At TrainPain, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. To that end, we have established the following return policy to address various situations that may arise with your kit purchase:

Returns for a Full Refund (Unopened Kits):

  1. You may return your TrainPain kit for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the packaging has not been opened or tampered with.
  2. The refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned kit to ensure it meets the unopened condition criteria.
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Replacement of Damaged or Faulty Kits:

  1. In the event that your TrainPain kit arrives damaged, faulty, or becomes faulty after use, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.
  2. To request a replacement for such cases, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the kit at support@trainpain.com.

Replacement of Lost or Accidentally Damaged Kits:

  1. If your TrainPain kit is lost or accidentally damaged, we offer a replacement service at a cost of $99 USD per kit, plus $10 shipping cost.
  2. To request a replacement for lost or accidentally damaged kits, please contact our customer support team for further instructions at support@trainpain.com

Kit Recycling Option (No Refund):

  1. If you no longer need your kit and wish to dispose of it responsibly, we offer a free recycling service.
  2. To initiate kit recycling, please contact our customer support team, who will guide you on the proper disposal process at support@trainpain.com

  • All return and replacement requests must be made within the specified timeframes mentioned above.
  • Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return or replacement if the product packaging has been opened, tampered with, or if the item does not meet the specified conditions.
